Backorders When an item is backordered here at ETS, our typical course of action is to send the remaining of your order now, and then contact you once the backordered item(s) come back into stock. (The exception to this is if you are an international customer. We will hold your order until it is complete, and then ship it together to save on expensive international shipping charges to you, the customer.) After we have contacted you about your items coming back into stock, you may add more items to the shipment if you need them, or have just the backordered item(s) sent, or you may simply cancel the order. Typically two weeks after contacting you about the backorder, we will cancel your order if you do not contact us. We will then release the items being held for you back into stock. Unless otherwise stated, this is how we will handle all backorders. |
